Who we are

The Kerala State Co-operative Institute of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Ltd. No. 4435 (COSTECH) was registered on 8-11-2001 under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, and commenced functioning from 11-11-2001. It has State-wide operations with its headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram and regional offices in Ernakulam, Thodupuzha and Thrissur.
